Ingredients
2 ripe avocados (have 5 on hand in case they are rotten)
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ cup chocolate oat milk (I’m using Trader Joes but feel free to use any milk of your choice)
¼ cup of dark chocolate chips (I like Trader Joes 72% cacao)
1 Tablespoon of Agave
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
*Optional Mix In (1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract or 1 Tbsp peanut flour)
Instructions
– Add chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes, mixing at 30 second intervals so the chips don’t burn
– Scoop the avocados and add to the food processor
– Scoop the avocados and add- Add melted chocolate, cacao powder, milk, agave, vanilla extract, salt to the food processor to the food processor
– Add optional mix in if desired
– Pulse until smooth. Enjoy as a pudding or put in refrigerator for 1 hour to harden.
